Q: Can you give me one good tip for successful searching?

A: Sure. For example if you are searching for an oil similar to Acqua Di Gio, I suggest put that search phrase inside quotations marks. That way you'll prevent the search returning you all the results that contain any of those three single words in that name.


Q: Is this tool made to help me find the cheapest oils?

A: Perfumevista is trying to help the overall process of finding the oil you're looking for despite the price. Putting the oils in order based on price is hit or miss game since not all oils are equal.


Q: I live in USA, can I still use UK / Kuwait search?

A: Yes you can. All the indexed sellers of the UK and Kuwait offer international shipping, as well as most of the USA and Canada indexed sellers.


Q: Why is the search split in two?

A: Perfumevista is powered by the free version of Google CSE. The free version permits indexing maximum of 10 sites per custom search. To keep it free it was mandatory to create two searches.


Q: Can I buy oils from you?

A: No, this is not a web store, this is just a custom search tool to help you in finding the products you're looking for.


Q: My favourite seller added new oils yesterday and they are still not indexed in Perfumevista. What is going on?

A: It can take some time for indexes to update. This is unfortunate but it's how it works.


Q: I can see ads and they are not even fragrance related. What is going on?

A: Perfumevista uses the free version of Google CSE and this is how it works. Google adds their ads to keep it free. Some people appreciate ads, while some other prefer to use ad-blocking browser add-ons.


Q: The user interface of this tool is not good. Can you fix it?

A: Sorry, keeping it free this is the best I can do. You're welcome to suggest how to participate if you want to.
